On the ground floor, the entrances, services and garages are located while on the upper levels the layout is divided in half with one apartment per floor. The interior spaces are distributed in relation to the living area which is the core of the apartment exposed on the south side of the building. The open kitchen and living room space opens with large glass windows to the loggia-terrace. The north side hosts the bedrooms and the bathrooms. A brise soleil system enriches the facades, allowing shading of the large glazed surfaces during the warmest hours and giving movement and character to the exterior envelope.

The building also minimizes its environmental impact through the use of an x-lam wood structure in which the use of harmful glues and solvents is minimized, an extremely sustainable approach during construction and in terms of the building's life cycle.

The materials respect the color schemes of the surrounding buildings in the search for materiality and maximum integration into the context. The flat roof is made of gravel, the window and door frames of bronze-colored aluminum, natural wood  shutters and overhead doors and ash sunshade panels. The building and the brise soleils respect the same architectural language with an earth-toned plaster finish.

The building is surrounded by an appurtenant garden with a pedestrian walkway made of natural stone planks, with native shrubby vegetation bordering the property perimeter.
