The project for the NAS Arena in Nad Al Sheba in Dubai, UAE, includes the interior design of a new indoor sports facilities for futsal and volleyball activities.
The main challenge we faced was introducing subtle details into a predominantly infrastructural construction, characterized by existing dominant beams and columns. We approached this challenge with a creative vision, treating the various spaces within the structure as distinct theatrical elements.

In the project, the stadium’s court becomes the stage of a grand theater, where the action unfolds. The waiting areas are transformed into transparent common rooms, inviting visitors to relax and engage with the surroundings. Accesses, stairways, and corridors are designed as expansive conservatories, filled with natural light and offering moments of contemplation as one moves towards their seating. The VIP boxes are conceived as private shelters, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere while still allowing the movement and play of light and shadows to be experienced through their transparent walls.

With precision and care, we approached the design process like if we were jewelers, ensuring that every element is meticulously crafted and thoughtfully integrated. Our goal is to create an interior that embodies the essence of Gulliver's home, where every space and detail contributes to the overall narrative and experience.
